HOSHIKO is an artisanal liqueur created by legendary bartender "Danny". Aiming to create a world-class liqueur from Japan, "HOSHIKO" is made with carefully selected plums, without additives, and produced in limited quantities. He releases the vintage of the year with subtle changes to the recipe depending on the taste and condition of the plums that year. Danny's passion is so great that it took him 26 years (!) to create what he considers to be the perfect product. But it was worth it, and the result is a taste that sets it apart from other drinking styles.
